Delivery Lead Time

Please note that the delivery times we provide are estimates only and based on the best available information at the time of estimation. If you have any disagreements with the estimated delivery time, please notify us in writing within seven days of placing your order. Special delivery conditions requested by you should also be given in writing at the time of order placement. If necessary, conditions and charges may change accordingly.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges for most products are based on the size, weight, and delivery address of the products ordered. However, UK delivery charges for some products are based on the order value, with free delivery available for orders above certain values. You can check these charges at the Cart or Checkout pages. Delivery charges for large items may be significantly higher than for smaller items. If you have any issues with delivery charges, please get in touch with us, and we will work out the best quote for you.

Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes outside our control. Once the shipment reaches the destination country, the relevant authorities or the courier company will contact you with further information on these charges, which you must pay before the goods can be delivered.


VAT (Value Added Tax)

All prices on our website include applicable UK VAT at the current rates. Customers from outside the UK (including countries in the European Union) do not need to pay UK VAT. The UK VAT for orders with delivery addresses outside the UK will be deducted at checkout. However, customers from outside the UK (including EU countries) will be liable for paying any applicable local VAT or similar sales taxes.


Delivery of Standard Items

Standard items are shipped directly from their suppliers in China and usually dispatched within 5–7 working days. These items have a delivery time of 4–6 weeks. We will provide you with tracking details as soon as they are available. Please note this delivery service is non-timed and kerbside only.


Delivery of Made-to-Order Items

Large items and those labelled as Made-to-Order are delivered using a freight forwarding service. Made-to-Order items have an estimated lead time of 14–18 weeks and are delivered at street level. The delivery personnel will bring your items to the front door or the closest possible ground floor location (such as the lobby). They will not go upstairs or enter the residence (for liability reasons). The customer is responsible for transport beyond this point. The order is left in the original packaging. Deliveries don’t include unpacking, assembly or installation. Your home delivery will be scheduled, with an estimated date of delivery given by the courier company.


Import Taxes & Duties

Orders outside of the UK are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs import taxes and duties are not included in the final price of your order and may be payable locally.

  • We cannot calculate exact duties/taxes in advance as they are imposed by the destination country and vary by jurisdiction.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to pay these fees. Failure to do so may result in delays, storage fees, or return of goods.
  • If a shipment is refused at customs, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the total order value from any refund to cover return, storage and insurance for shipment.
  • The customer is responsible for checking their country’s unique import policies and rulings. We are not responsible for any costs incurred to release goods from customs.
