Womb Chair & Ottoman
From £1,215.00
Finnish modern furniture designer Eero Saarinen created the Womb Chair, originally known as the Wombat Chair in 1948. He believed strongly that the whole field of design is all one body. He had three design principles – function, structure and being part of the time.
Continuing to be one of the most iconic and recognised representations of mid-century organic modernism, the Womb Chair’s highly innovative structural form will match any interior whilst still drawing the eye to its curvaceous shape and bold colours.

Lead Time, Shipping & Returns
This item is made-to-order specifically for you, and production only begins once you have placed your order. We do not hold stock of this item, and therefore made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lead times for this item are typically between 14 and 16 weeks. This is because manufacturers do not, in general, hold stock of these pieces due to the customisation of the item (e.g. fabrics, surface finishes) and the fact that most of our products are hand-finished to order.
Please note that this lead time is an estimation and cannot be considered binding or a guaranteed turnaround time. It may vary due to factors beyond our control, including delays in production, shipping, and/or other third-party logistics.
